It is made with two long handles that makes it easyto carry over your shoulder, a roll top closure that opens upand swallow what you like to put in and compression strapson top to secure the locking. Works perfectly to put in as luggage on a plane. Inside the opening is a Velcro attached PU coated fabric sheet to put our on the ground and stand on when you change to or off the waders. The sides has mesh at the top make moisture go away.
