Gutsy Captain Kombucha drinks are fermented tea-based kombucha drinks that are rich in lactic acid bacteria. The drinks are not pasteurized, which keeps the probiotics alive and the drink retains its beneficial properties. Gutsy Captain's Kombucha is suitable for any occasion, as a thirst quencher, a refreshment after a workout or as a non-alcoholic alternative for parties.

Kombucha is made by fermenting green tea and organic cane sugar with a live culture of bacteria and yeast. This bacteria-yeast culture is also known as a SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast). The fermentation uses up almost all of the sugar, while the SCOBY produces antioxidants, B vitamins, and enzymes for the drink.
