Product description

Weighing just around 300 grams (including adapter), the Fork-Pack Plus offers additional storage space for bike packing. With the help of the QLS adapter, this ultra-light bag with roll closure can be mounted on forks with eyelets or cage mounts intended for this purpose, as well as on forks without cage mounts, as long as the fork blades sport a constant diameter of 30 mm to 42 mm. QLS bags are primarily designed for attachment to the fork, but can be attached to all vertical tubes using the accessories supplied.

The Fork-Pack (215 grams) can easily and quickly be attached and removed from the adapter plate (85 grams) with just one hand in seconds. The Cordura bag is abrasion-resistant.

Attention: Not suitable for mounting to carbon forks without „braze-on“ eyelets, tapered fork blades or frame tubes.

Otherwise, good in every way, but there was a bit of a problem with the installation. I have one mounting point on the fork, which I used. When I tried to put additional reinforcement with the mounting straps, I couldn't get them tight enough, so I used a cable tie to secure them.

The bags are very functional, compact and easy to use. I don't have mounting points on the front fork on my other bike, but the accessories that come with the bags make mounting easy and secure. I recommend it!

The 5.8L fork packs are perfect for hauling your sleeping gear and a change of clothes. I bought 2 of these and use one for my tent + rainfly + sleeping pad and the other for a change of clothes and outer layer. On my first trip I ended up in a swamp for 1.5hrs and these bags kept everything dry without issue. Easy to install, quick to attach and perfectly sized. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase!
