Fenix ARB-L16 is a rechargeable high performance Li-ion battery with 700 mAh capacity.

Multiple protection ensures safety for usage and good performance of the battery. Protection circuit in the anode includes over charger protection, over discharge protection, short circuit protection and overheating protection. ARB-L16 battery is designed to retain up to 75% of its original capacity at 500 full charge and discharge cycles. No battery memory effect and negligible self-discharge.

The sentence is perhaps unnecessarily harsh, but the first (factory reservation) did not last the promised time with the flashlight in use. Maybe the charge in the battery was just old and weakened.

Yes, I will mostly keep these batteries and compatible fenixes in use, because charging is so easy. Some kind of protective case would be good so that the spare battery could be kept in the bottom of a pocket. The only downside is that nowadays you have to separately remember to take a micro adapter, when everything else starts to be charged with a c-head plug.
