Synmat Technology Texpedloft insulation welded to the top and bottom of the air chambers, ensures maximum warmth over the lifetime of the mat while a 7 cm thick air cushion cradles the body. These air chambers run head to toe, fully supporting the body for an unrivaled night's sleep and giving maximum durability.
The lighweight and compact Ultra sleeping mat features recycled 20 D ripstop face fabric; all Exped mats are certified carbon neutral by myclimate.
Exped's Schnozzel Pumpbag is included: rapid, moisture-free mat inflation: lung power not required!

— Show originalIt was decided to switch to a mattress that covers the entire tent base due to the addition of the family. After the first test night, I wonder why this couldn't be done faster.
The base sits comfortably in the tent and feels "as if it would never end"

— Show originalThe mattress meets the specs and works well. The platform is practically silent when sleeping, and thanks to the separate compartments, two people can sleep comfortably and without disturbing each other. The pump bag works just fine as long as it is used correctly. I first filled the mattress with the Expedin Widget pump (recommended!) as full as a small electric pump can and after that I pumped a little more air with a pump bag. The only complaint comes from the fact that Exped's Synmat HyperLights, which were discontinued, had a better weight-to-heat ratio.| Overall rating |
— Show originalA really good mattress; light, packable in a small space, fairly quiet and luxuriously sized. Easy and quick to fill with a pump bag, and easy to empty and pack into the bag. One test tent night behind me and I slept well myself, but my husband didn't like it, so maybe the comfort/suitability depends on the user. We will of course try this again, the appropriate amount of air in the mattress may have to be searched a little and I think that my spouse had the mattress stuffed too pink and the discomfort was caused by that. — Show originalA good sleeping pad for two people. — Show originalGreat mattress that we tested at the beginning of October in bivouac in temperatures close to zero and with a lot of wind. Great night, very good comfort, distribution of the body's support points, you don't feel the ground even when lying on your side, and when you move you don't disturb your partner (2 separate swelling zones). This mattress is large enough for two, perfect insulation from the ground for the temperatures we had.

The plus side is that both sides are filled separately, so the hardness of the mattress can be slightly adjusted to suit two users, and this way when one turns, the other sleeper is not affected. The mattress can be packed easily and it fits into a small space compared to its size and is light.
