The product would probably be good if it were the right one. The package says that the bracelet has gold parts, but inside the product has silver parts. When I reported the faulty product, I received terrible customer service.

At first, the product looked like poor quality, hard plastic, completely different from the old bracelet. However, after a short use, the new wristband softened and now looks the same as the old wristband.
