A really warm jacket. The only complaint is the zipper, which you would think would be completely reliable in a jacket of this price range. The zipper is impossible to fasten and other normally slower dressers grit their teeth while waiting. Either the zipper doesn't close at all at first or if it does, the fabric gets caught in the zipper and the zipper gets stuck in it. I've tried to learn a possible technique over time to get the zipper closed idiot-proof, but I can't seem to find one. Is it a Monday item or a feature of the product, but because of this I can't give the jacket full points.

Familiar fjell quality. A well-designed product for cold and windy conditions. The high and sturdy collar, generous sleeves, long hem and large hood provide complete protection from the wind. The sturdy g1000 fabric and heavy padding keep the cold out, and the large cut allows you to wear a thick layer of underwear in between, so the cold doesn't bite even in the coldest temperatures. Overall, it feels really high quality, starting with the large stickers and sturdy zipper (easy to use with gloves on). The designers of this jacket have clearly spent time in cold conditions. A great jacket for low-intensity activities in the cold (9/10 points) The only cons: A stiff jacket at first Handwarmer pockets would have been nice for this model too.

Been using the jacket for a couple of weeks now, with temperatures ranging from 0 to (-18). The jacket is warm, over -10 you can still manage with just a t-shirt, although when you can't tighten the sleeves every time, the cold feels a bit on the wrists. I've usually worn a thin flannel or merino shirt underneath, that's it and it gets hot. The jacket also breathes quite well, I haven't had a problem going shopping etc. with the jacket on, I haven't waxed when the winter has been decent for once, which certainly affects the breathability. The jacket is a bit heavy, which is not a problem for me, and it also seems very stylish - which of course you can expect from a brand. A few extra pockets on the inside wouldn't hurt, but you can say that these will do as well. Many have complained about the hood, as it is tunnel-shaped and has a narrow field of vision. I've liked the hood myself, it protects well and fits ok after a little adjustment. In addition, the hood in the lower position when the zipper is tightened all the way up, protects the neck and cheeks all the way to the ears very well. The only minus is the faux fur, which should be real, but I understand why. the choice has been made. Sizes: they seem quite generous, I'm 187/90 and I took L and at first I was wondering if it fits or hangs, when all the model photos are very close-fitting. However, by tightening a little in the middle, the jacket fits very well and the sleeves are long enough (I doubt this would have been a problem with the M size). I would buy again and even at the normal price, my jacket was grabbed at a good sale.

Perfect jacket for cold to very cold weather. Keeps wind and rain away and you warm. Wears quite big, so try it before you buy it!

The jacket runs large, which is why if in doubt you should choose the smaller size. The workmanship and quality are in the usual Fjällräven quality, i.e. robust and cleanly processed. The down filling keeps you nice and warm and the outer material is windproof and waterproof and can even be treated with Greenland Wax.

Robust on the outside and soft and warm on the inside - Fjällräven's Singi Down Jacket is worth its weight in down! With it, a cold winter is no problem.
