Quite a good snack to nibble on in the forest. I also tried to use it in food preparation, but at least it doesn't melt on top of the finished dish. During the preparation, I did not test mixing it.

The Cheddar version is quite good, this Gouda is even better. Things to taste... Protein and calcium in an easy-to-preserve and good-tasting form. Of course, it's a little crunchy to chew because it's freeze-dried.
