I bought the jacket with detachable hood. I was sure about the size. I was hoping not to have to contact customer service. But instead the order arrived incomplete. The hood was missing. I sent an email in English!!! (the seller's request) to be able to have the missing hood. Immediately after that an automatic email arrived. And only after 2 and a half weeks I received an email with the shipping confirmation of the missing hood. The next day it was already shipped. I can't say anything. However, I have never waited so long for customer service information. Shipping is fast. Packaging is poor. The €300+ jacket was in a cardboard box without a plastic bag. The other seller sent me the same jacket with hood in its original bag. Despite everything I give it 4 stars. Hoping that they improve packaging and customer service. All this evidence makes us feel abandoned.
