I bought my size (29.5 cm), but the shoe (VJ size:EUR 46/UK 11.5/cm 29.6) is 2 sizes larger in reality. I sent it back, I'm waiting for the refund. In the meantime, I bought the 2 sizes smaller, which has already been mailed. I will receive it on Friday.

Received the order in Hong Kong almost at the speed of light, 3 days after ordering only. The shoes...well after 100km trail run with them, I may have found my favourite pair. Toes box is great, they run a little big so probably good to consider real size or even half size down. But the grip impressive! Even in a mud the shoes felt stable and did not slip a single time. Have to try for long run over 7/8hrs, but 20/30km shoes feel comfortable. I would recommend this pair for sure to my friends.

Excellent grip on the soles. Cushioning very comfortable, between the rock plate and construction of the upper, shoe feels quite protective. On extremely technical, steep terrain the midsole is too soft to feel confident in foot placement and grip. An excellent shoe for marathon and longer distances on moderate trails, for anything more technically challenging, the VJ Ultra is a better option. Sizing of the VJ Maxx 2 is generous, I went a full size smaller than my normal shoe size to get a good fit.
