The product arrived well packaged, new and intact. Inside the Mammut package (sealed) the shovel had detached from its cardboard seat and was moving inside but this is a problem with the Mammut packaging + shipping company and certainly not with the retailer. The Barryvox has already been checked by Mammut for the recall that affected it and shows the verification mark both on the instrument box and inside the battery compartment. A further check with the serial number on the Mammut website confirmed this so I can say that the seller was absolutely transparent about this aspect as he assured me that the units they sell have all already been checked by the manufacturer. Registering the instrument via the Mammut app had no problems and it was possible to unlock the voice instructions by downloading the files via the app. What can I say, the price was very interesting compared to other sellers, the product arrived perfect, I think I will buy from them again if I have the opportunity.
