Very light, reasonably warm and quick-drying layer shirt. Similar to Patagonia Thermal Weight, which didn't fit me in S or M, so I got this. Size S is narrow enough for the body, but the sleeves are still reasonably long for my 182cm 68kg measurements. The hem and sleeves could of course be a few centimeters longer. Size M would work otherwise, but would be too wide for my taste. This type of thin grid fleece layers are comfortable, and in terms of properties and durability, they are better than merino for hiking, I use them as a base layer on winter hikes, or as a midlayer if there is a mesh layer underneath. The fit of the shoulders in this model is a bit strange, a mix of normal shoulder cut and raglan style that tends to lift the shirt up from the shoulders into a bag. I wish it would stretch into shape over time, but a bit of a useless design compared to normal raglan. A cheap shirt, it's a good fit.
