A great addition to the Skotti grill. Meat and burger patties cook in their own juices. The well-seasoned plate is easy to clean.

Excellent product, With the cast, the cleaning is minimized, otherwise using an aluminum foil is also a good way to ease the cleaning proces. i feel it could be good to be able to set the cast a bit lower to use the grill as a stove and avoid the lid that i feel too bulky
