This knife does not retain a single blade. Even between the cutting of two birds, the knife has to be sharpened. And it is not even particularly cutting from the package or sharpened. Depends on the habit, of course, but already a lot of cuts and knife appreciation, you will quickly notice this. The handle is made of hard plastic, which is very slippery when wet or bloody, while Hilti is light plastic and not metal as one could understand from the picture. In the same price range, the Swibo, which is also sold here, washes this one coming. It doesn’t make sense to compare to more expensive “premium knives” because we’re already talking about such different price ranges.
