Lapuan 6,5x55 SE patruuna tarjoaa tasaisemman lentoradan ja erinomaisen ballistiikan. Vaikka perinteisesti patruuna on eniten käytety pidemmillä matkoilla, Lapuan 6,5x55 SE patruuna on nykyään erittäin suosittu myös 100-800 metrin kisoissa. Saatavana 6,5 g/100 grs, 7 g/108 grs, 8 g/123 grs, 9 g/139/ grs Scenar sekä 7,8 g ja 8,8 g Scenarᴸ OTM-versiona.
