I have 3 Jerven Exclusives. The 170 g/m2 is ideal for minus 20 degrees celsius and colder with a light sleeping bag such as a Carinthia Defence 1. I purchased the 60 g/m2 to sleep with a light fleece bag in less cold climates. I plan to use the 60 g/m2 lining with my Exclusive for three seasons, varying the inner sleeping bag. The advantage of this system over the Jerven Hunter, or Extreme is that the liner can be washed and hung up to dry separately. Also in some environments I will prefer to use a high visibility orange Exclusive and zip the liner in (60 or 170 thickness) depending on the environment.

The quality is good as you might expect. There has not yet been any actual use of the cloak, but there is experience with similar cloaks on a fixed mountain, and this possibility of detaching the mountain greatly increases versatility. One star left when the packing shop had forgotten to remove the burglar alarms, by calling customer service I got information on how to remove the alarms if I don't want to send them back.
