Winner of the OutDoor INDUSTRY AWARD 2014, the Duffle RS is made to withstand the rigors of the most adventurous of expeditions while at the same time offering a high degree of travel comfort. The bag’s heavy-duty wheel system is connected to the body of the bag in a waterproof manner. The 90 mm wheels and the rigid floor plate made of contoured aluminum offer increased floor clearance – ideal for both airport terminals and rugged outdoor terrain. And given the importance of lightweight luggage, especially when travelling by plane, the bag’s designers opted for an adjustable grip that guarantees plenty of leg clearance and comfortable towing instead of a heavy telescopic towing frame. The foam padding at the base of the bag offers enhanced stability when the bag is fully loaded and the watertight zipper that runs across the whole length of the bag gives you quick access to your gear. The zipper can also be locked using the integrated wire loop and a small cable lock (not included).
The empty Duffle RS can be rolled and thus saves space when stored | Padded, removable shoulder straps you can use to carry the bag like a backpack | Compression strap | Zippered internal pocket | Mesh outside pocket (not watertight) | 2 daisy chains for attaching more gear
Note: In order to reach protection standard IP67 (6=dustproof, 7=protected against penetration of water during temporary immersion, depth 1 meter/39 inch, lower edge of product, duration 30 minutes) the zipper must be entirely closed.

Excellent giant duffel with decent wheels! High-quality materials (PD620, PS620C). No stitches have been used, but the fabrics have been "welded" together using HFW technology, so the seam is extremely strong and waterproof. The duffel is also waterproof. The large (10 cm) wheels roll easily. Appropriate shoulder pads are a plus. Exceeds the maximum dimensions given by most airlines for a basic suitcase.
Development suggestions: the whole bag could be cordura. The end of the bag, with a transverse aluminum support plate between the wheels and a small protective bar (=the part that touches the ground when the bag is in an upright position), could be better protected.

An incredible bag I can take with me anywhere. The handles and both the rolling system and the backpack one are making the bag very polyvalent. Definitely worth its price for the moment. Looking forward to see how it will hold over time.

I used two of these in Africa for about two and a half years when I was traveling by local traffic criss-crossing the territory of four countries doing missionary work. Went on the plane with no complaints about the large size. All crawling, etc. animals stay out of the bags when they are closed. When traveling on local buses, the bags sometimes get a lot dirty, but you can take the bag directly to the shower to wash it. These don't leak. The wheels can handle traction well, but on a muddy road the tires started to jam when the gap between the tire and the plastic part gets blocked. It is easy to move around airports and bus terminals etc. independently. When packing the bottom part, you have to be careful when the second bag hung against the tire and got a hole in it due to friction. It was fixed with rubber glue and has lasted a long time. A modern travel trunk that you can't live without in certain circumstances. To treat the zipper, you should use silicone cream from the manufacturer when it becomes difficult to open or close.
