Lightweight, thin-looking jacket, but with a really high-quality calorific value. My first ounce, and sometimes I find I’ve even put too much clothing under this, the amount of good warmth and protection the jacket gives. There are more colors than basic black or other dark ones, although you can then look for them at other retailers. The price is hard, but Rab claims that the down comes from dead birds, so I think the price is also worth the price for its ethics, if you specifically want to down.
