item ordered on 19 December and finally arrived on 3 January with Fedex Connect Plus service (never again....) very disappointed as per my previous review about the assistance service which is completely absent given that I wrote two emails and they didn't get me never responded. I honestly didn't expect it. as I feared the "shoes" are slightly narrow. I took size M for my Maddi who has a 7cm paw. easy to wear

Works and holds on to the paws. They wear out quickly over long journeys that involve crossing roads every day. Only really use on snow.
