Nutri Works Strong Vitamin D3 is a strong vitamin D3 tablet. Low levels of vitamin D in the blood are associated with low muscle size and poor performance in sports. The recommended intake of vitamin D for adults is 10 µg, but studies show that the daily requirement of vitamin D for adults is 50-100 µg. The European Food Safety Authority EFSA has defined safe limits for the continuous use of vitamin D, and for adults it is 100 µg.
