If you have a big one, you should buy other types. These have a fabric strip at the nose, which is apparently supposed to prevent light from entering the nostrils into the eyes. For me, however, the fabric rips through the mask so that only more light gets into the eyes.

It's an exciting phenomenon that there are size differences in products declared to be the same size. In use, this is not a problem. The product breathes, is sweat-proof, effectively blocks stray light, sits comfortably on the head, stays on the head and is very comprehensively adjustable. The product withstands washing excellently and the rubber band lasts at least as well. There is no better sleep mask for light-sensitive sleepers. I recommend!

It remains small in the height direction, allowing light to enter from above or below. Not only myself, but also others who have tried it. The material is really pleasant, but that size is not functional, so you should take that into account when buying
