The question is always whether you really need a footprint. The floor in Abisko lite 1 is good enough not to leak. What you get is slightly less condensation from the ground and a dry apse to keep your backpack in. Is it worth the extra grams? They each get to decide. I bought one to be able to have the luxury of it on shorter trips as I think it's nice to have a protected apse. In general, I would still say that you don't need one, but can spend your money on something else and at the same time save weight in the backpack.

Great quality. It's lite but at the same time you can feel it's enough thick to take some hits. Perfect solution to reduce the condensation of the tent in 4 seasons.
