Making high-quality, long lasting footwear has always been Hanwag’s prime objective. The Waxenstein Bio Lady has a particularly sustainable construction thanks to its chrome-free tanned leather. Made for lightweight trekking and built with comfort in mind. The forgiving, sure-grip Vibram® sole, soft leather cuff and flex zone promote natural, unhindered foot motion.

— Show originalA rare combination, a leather shoe with a leather lining. I have a problem with making synthetic linings last and this is the perfect answer. The shoes fit comfortably, are pretty and walk well, but the downside is the really thick padding on the tongue. With a thinner one, you would be able to tie your shoes better and get better ankle mobility.| Overall rating |

— Show originalI bought a second pair to have a spare pair in my house in the mountains! I find these shoes very flexible, very wide for my halgus vagus! The leather is good quality, I go hiking in the mountains and on multi-day hikes. Only one downside, the tongue which slides to the side.

— Show originalThese shoes are the solution for me after a lot of worrying with arch supports that made my walking worse and worse. I've been walking on it all day without a problem for 10 years. unfortunately they replaced the cork bottomed outsoles with foam...no improvement. luckily I was able to order the cork variant separately so that I have the shoes as before. furthermore, the shoes are entirely made of leather. inside and out, wears excellently.Brand
