My friend has a similar Primus powerlighter 3 lighter. This is a lot bigger, but still fits in your pocket. The flame here is also bigger (longer) than in primus. I used this on a 7 day hike for every ignition multiple times a day and the gas had gone through maybe 1/4 of the volume so the size of the gas tank was a positive surprise. The flame can also be directed in any direction, which makes it easier, for example, to ignite the liquid in the Trangia burner. Then the weaknesses, the game shuts down strangely or generally freezes. This happens really often. As such, it didn't hurt when lighting something quickly, but if it took longer to heat something, it would be quite annoying. There might even be some security feature I'm not aware of. There is also another second of gas released every time the trigger is released. Finally, the safety lock/button is placed in a rather troublesome place, and is quite difficult to press. It is a good lighter and I would buy it again. However, one star emerges from those criticisms.

Such a lighter that if you find a better one, it's pretty convincing for us. The cap always clicks on and the flame is precise and hot. Almost no gas is consumed and this has now been used almost every day, from lighting the fireplace to various crafts.

The "safety" is in a slightly weak position when it comes to using one hand. At full power, it won't burn for very long. But that's where it ignites.
