The tarp must be used over my new tent as the tarp (A form) dries faster than the tent. My 4x4 m tarp is too small for the new tent. With a tarp, I can always pack up a dry tent and also set up the tent under the tarp in the rain. I have used DD hammock 4x4 m tarp for my second tent as it is not as big as my new tent. My DD Hammock 4x4 m tarp has withstood huge downpours (I usually dig a trench around the edge of the tarp to divert the rainwater during prolonged downpours). The advantage of DD Hammocks tarps is that they have many attachment points so you can hang up the tarp in the rope instead of laying the tarp over the rope and preventing the water from running along the rope into under the tarp. FOR my new 5x5 m tarp I make springy guy lines with paracord/shock cord which allows the tarp to move within a limited area in the wind so that it dries faster. With springy stay lines, the load on the fabric is also reduced. I don't use DD Hammock's ground spikes. As a ground nail, I have snugpack tent nails with a cross profile but all other ground nails are better than the ones supplied with the tarp. The difference between the 4x4 m and the 5x5 m tarp is, apart from the size, that the 5x5 m has more attachment points. My opinion is that DD Hammocks tarps are very affordable.

The product seems good. Lots of attachment points. However, the storage bag is too small if you try to squeeze the awning fabric into the bag.

Big enough for a long-term camp canopy and light to carry.

Best tarp for family of 4. Great for car and forest camping. You can do many things from it that no other tarp can do.

Sends very fast and product conforms to the description on the site. Not yet used but it seems resistant to me.

After a few uses, I consider it quite valid. DD Hammocks tarpaulins have enough fasteners unlike many other tarpaulins. The number of brackets increases the possibilities of use. Durable, at least not yet torn from any angle.
