Unfortunately, the Orca Speed Laces did not meet my expectations. The idea of the laces is good, but the locking mechanism felt flimsy and did not work properly. It came loose easily, which took away the speed and security that I expected from these laces. Although they were easy to install, they did not stay in place tightly enough in use, which is a big minus, especially in triathlon, where every second and reliability are crucial. Too bad, because I expected much more from these. ⭐⭐

I bought these to replace broken laces on barefoot shoes and they work great. Easy to use and do not wear shoes. They are also comfortable when running.

Significantly speeds up the pulling of shoes on the foot when changing species. The tension should be adjusted to the beginning and a test run should be run to ensure that the tension is indeed correct and that the pressure is evenly distributed. I’m rumored these quick straps aren’t good for my feet on longer ones, so I’ll only change these myself for races and a few test runs before that.
