Really handy, goes with the Salomon High Pulse belt I bought earlier in the back pocket of the belt. This is also nice to hold in your hand while running and sip from it occasionally when you need to hydrate on a long run. When you want to have your hands free, you can easily slip it back into your belt when it's low/empty, and you don't want to notice the bottle anymore. Except for the cap, which is also very handy! Drinking from it is very easy even while running. And once you learn the right drinking technique, nothing spills. Washing up and drying is also easy. It stays upside down in the drying cabinet to dry. The bottle and cap can be easily rinsed by squeezing the cap with two fingers. 😄👌

The bottle works well, does not leak and easy to drink. But it is longer than the Camelbak tube and thus the Camelbak hangs a little badly in the vest

At -12 degrees, I hit the sports drink on the ice after an hour and a half while running, even though it was in my jacket pocket. Maybe better than nothing, but at least in slightly harder frosts it doesn't prevent freezing.
