Easy to use. The battery lasts well. Doesn't work well in the dark, but is a known "feature" considering the price range. The first device stopped working and was replaced under warranty.

I only had time to try the rangefinder while walking in the woods near my home and on the nearby athletics field under different lighting conditions. It seems to work well, but in the dark the texts and measurement values inside the eyepiece are not visible well unless you turn the device against a brighter background - for example a forest against a lighter sky. The device is so light and compact that at first it was difficult to press the measurement start button without the device already swinging away from the object being measured. However, training eliminated the problem. The device reported 98 meters as the length of the 100-meter shooting range. Which is wrong, the device or the shooting range?

Compact size and very good for hunting. The only downside is the rather small operating buttons, which are challenging to use in severe frost.
