Your average microfiber towel that is lightweight in good color and size. Only down side is that it sticky .. like many other microfibers

A working product, as long as you take into account the correct drying method: this must be patted against the skin, rubbing will not work. Drying hair doesn't work by being lazy. The towel fits into a small enough space and also protects a little from the wind. I'd much rather carry this than some regular small cotton hand towel.

I bought two towels of different thicknesses but the same size for the weekend bag, this Sea to Summit Airlite Towel and the GearAid Quick Dry Microfiber Towel. These are different but complementary. Fits into a small space and dries well enough. Neither of them is the size of a large beach towel alone, but together they probably go into a 90% smaller space.

The towel gets really leathery as soon as it gets wet and sticks to the skin. Works as an emergency backup, but there are significantly better towels for a smaller price tag.

A travel towel that packs down really small and dries quickly. It dries well when you dry in a "myty" and not when drying with a terry towel style. The large size is practical. Releases color in the wash (-1 star for that).

Similar fabric to Prisma microfiber cloths but big. Dry the liquids. The carrying bag that came with it was too big and could hold two big towels like this inside.
