High-quality skis with which movement is a joy in a wide variety of environments. Sufficient carrying capacity even with larger ranges. I feel that these are the best value for money in their category. Five stars, no doubt.

Functional tools in closed-plan forested and hilly terrain. Good grip and load-bearing capacity. Great bindings. I recommend!

Easy-to-use and high-quality sliding snowshoes. They slide nicely and carry reasonably well. On hard surfaces, especially when descending, they wobble sideways somewhat. Compared to snowshoes, it's nice to go down, but compared to downhill skis, it's awkward to go down despite the steel covers. They keep comfortably in the highlands.

The best sliding snowshoe. There is enough grip and a slide that can be braked downhill.

Excellent skis. The second bandage was attached crookedly, but the change was excellent. Excellent service.

They work well for dense or hilly terrain. Difficult to handle on hard surfaces in terms of lateral movement. In dead ends, clearly worse than usual long hunts.

Good skis. 1 star off, because it's really hard to go down the hills, even if you have a skiing background.

Excellent product, very versatile and works in varied terrain. Extensive trial use for a week in Lapland; in different steepnesses, snow conditions, uphill, flat and downhill. Maybe slightly worse grip than the KAR 149s.

Yes it works! It's nice to ski on these and I got my wife excited about skiing too. Now we go for long forest runs together in the closed and at the same time enjoy the peace of nature. For those who make their own way! 👌

A week's ski experience. Skied in the fell and in the forest in deep snow. It can carry +90kg very well and my skin holds up well uphill. I recommend

"Almost like skiing". Carrying capacity is enough for a guy over 110 kg in soft snow. They also work surprisingly well in southern Finland's rice fields. The holding hairs hold quite well, although it has not yet been tested on an icy, hanky-bearing surface. However, the bindings have such a "characteristic" that from time to time it seems like the snow freezes under the heel, so a little cleaning is also required during the trip. If you could still find a good set somewhere, with which skis + poles could be easily carried in the hand, I would be very satisfied

They are comfortable and easy to use, they carry well and the grip is also there considering the pull of the box. The bandage looks a bit flimsy, but I think it will last. Time will tell! Sturdy shoes make walking on the slope of the fell easier.

The product itself is good, but the bandages are made for young people with bendable backs. When you put the other bandage on and put that side of the knee on the ground to get the other bandage on, the shoe on the side of the knee on the ground comes off the bandage. That is, the bandages are designed to be put on while bending over. Otherwise, other types of bindings might be better for the hunter, i.e. those that are easy and quick to open and fasten (cf. Kuusamo's batch ski bindings)

Good for skiing, can carry +100 kg passengers well. Good grip on uphill. Glides quite well without putting lubricant. It also works for people with back problems, at least I don't slip. The only thing that was difficult was that it slipped sideways while stomping so hard, but it felt good on a softer surface.

Light and well-functioning sliding snowshoes. One 35 km run behind me and I'm happy with the purchase. Due to the snow situation, I haven't been able to test in deep wind yet.

The skis seem to carry a 100kg user well, playful, very slippery, poor directional stability on harder surfaces. The bandage is easy to use, no problems with ice etc., creaks.

I have skied on backpacking hikes and day backpacking trips with MIL 149, XCD gt and these new XCD bc skis. A brief summary. MIL149 good grip, especially with the ahkio, but on a day trip the slip on the downhills is weak. The XCD gt can already move forward like a ski, but preferably not with a wheelie, the grip is not enough in the uphills. In the downhills, good sliding, but the carrying capacity is a bit bad for a 95 kg man. XCD bc is a good compromise of the previous two, it has more sliding and load capacity. There is also enough grip. In my opinion, the best ski in the OAC collection. Lateral grip on hard snow is lacking on all OAC skis. However, it hasn't bothered me.

Skis and bindings work well. At the beginning, the coat base is good to drive in at ease. They work surprisingly well even in wet, sinking snow.

+100 kg of ukkel is well worth it. Works on new snow, stock and even wet snow. The bandages are strong enough and easy to use. Some tens of kilometers in the forest have gone with them. Nicely nimble to cross ditches or fallen trees. If you are not interested in the slopes, I dare to recommend them. Skiing in peace with dogs in the forest is much more difficult.

Excellent. The hair gave good grip both on the ice of the lake and in the forest on a small hill. With the positive experience, the same skis were also ordered for the wife. The bindings worked flawlessly even in -26 degrees below zero.

Bought a month ago and used half a dozen times with about half a meter of submersible coils. The ski carries well enough and is easy to bend even in dense snow. The tip rises to the surface quite well even though the ski is short. You can really ski with these compared to the shorter versions. There are also cons. The grip could be better for steeper climbs and the directional stability of the ski is weak when the shoulder is missing. Of course, these would weaken the calculation features, which are good now. Telemark for the bill even work surprisingly well.

Good in soft snow, the riser starts to work after using the product for a while. The maneuverability of the ski is not at the level of skis intended for downhill skiing. Beats traditional snowshoes in many respects (carrying capacity, ascent in soft snow) and enables skiing and descent.

I've had KAR147s with the previous model's bindings for a few years and I've really liked them. The only downside has been the sideways slipping and you can actually only count straight when they don't turn much. Still a great set. When the new BC model came out, I had to look at this card and yes! These turn comfortably on descents and the new binding model is better than before, especially the inner edges are so sharp that the bindings don't hit each other and maybe the narrower profile in the middle of the ski also makes a difference. The grip is almost as good as in the KAR model, but the KAR pulls a longer stroke.

An icebreaker in deep snow. On hard surfaces, unsteady turning, floating. It takes practice. The edges are for cutting the snow. Don't lean on them. Turn mainly with the telemark. You can make runs with the plow, the telemark. It's got climbing tracks on it. You can climb an incredible grade on them.
