My first BD poles after using Leki for decades. The suspension isn’t as good as on my old Super Makalu, and the handle doesn’t have as good a natural angle. But…the telescopic system is better on these, as is the strap. II don’t mind the handle, but the suspension really disappointed me. I have a lot of other BD products, so I thought they’d have done better. I got the long ones because I tend to use them to set up fly sheets at camp, and they extend to a nice length.
