Yes, this is the position if there happens to be no Savotta available. The zippers of the side pockets and larger pockets are on different sides of the bag, so digging for things in the tent and elsewhere is downright infuriating, when you have to turn the bag from side to side in order to access the pocket zipper. It is also not very convenient to attach anything to the outside, so life for e.g. the rod tube and Kajka cover is not as easy as it could be.

A night's deliberation between Jääkäri XL and Kajka 85 resulted in Kajka. I just got off my back at the end of the 70km first trip, starting weight was 27.5kg. Good: lots of pockets that are roomy and functional, at least when new it can hold a little rain even without protection, good adjustments, good to carry even when heavy. The opening front flap is good in the tent, the removable top flap that opens in all directions is really good, you can easily reach small things and take them with you. Also works as a loose bag. Big, really big, side pockets. To be improved: a water bladder inside the main pocket, i.e. you have to empty the main pocket to fill it, the side pockets should have zippers on the front and back. If the backpack is with its back against the ground, the pockets are really difficult to use. Apparently made this way, you can use the pockets on top of the rain cover. There could be a little more loops on the outside for tying different things, especially in the "cover" of the main pocket.
All-around functional and durable, sturdy to carry, good pockets, especially if you add other zippers to the side pockets. One star goes to the usability of the water bladder pocket and the direction of the side pockets.

After a short test drive, I can say that the bike is worth the price. Carrying comfort is excellent and suitable adjustments were easily found after a few kilometers of carrying. The adaptability of the ring is good and the rain cover is large enough to cover everything, even if, for example, a camping mattress is attached to the outside.

Nice bag, easy to customize to height etc. Bottom compartment could be a bit wider and taller.

The backpack was used for a business trip. Quite a lot of clothes fit (a denim jacket and trousers, a work jacket and trousers, a dozen shirts, underwear), a thermos, a small electric kettle, a small supply of food, and a small city backpack for walking around the city). The side pockets are quite voluminous, you can put any little thing in them for quick access. The backpack fits well. The suspension is comfortable.

Has now been on a few weeks trip and worked flawlessly. Even on my back I went on an 8-night / 40km trip when I got the adjustments comfortably. Opening from the front makes it wildly easy to handle and hike while keeping goods in order and easily accessible. A little rain will not come through even if there is no rain cover on. The fabric has withstood a lot of bumps and lifting with the help of trees.

Amazing quality as always from Fjallraven. This is the pack to get when you need to take a lot of gear. This was my first choice for winter hikes and snowshoeing camping trips because even though you don't need to take too much, the things you do take on these winter adventures tend to be bulkier, and I prefer not to have stuff hanging off the outside of the pack :)

Guaranteed quality and overtones from other reviewers are not in vain. A highly functional carrying system, adjustability and small details make this a credit choice even for long trips. I thought for a long time between this and the 75l, but the choice turned out to be the right one - I want to minimize the attachment outside the backpack and there is enough space here.

Heavy durable pack, really well suited to long tours where the pack weight is 20+ kilograms. The frame support is much better than lighter packs, and the material is really durable. Loses one star due to the use of a drawcord for the top instead of a rolltop, which would manage the extra material better. My friends' Kajka has lasted many many years, I expect this one to do the same!

A very sturdy backpack that fits well on your back. On the mountain hike, the initial weight was 26 kg, the man runs out of weight before carrying the backpack. I have so far received one joint resolve to, but the fabric is not torn, so the thread resolved. I recommend.
