Fast but incomplete delivery: shoulder straps and inserts (8, 10 and 12 mm) were missing. - How should the bags be fastened securely? The return shipment from Switzerland to Finland is too expensive, so a replacement has to be obtained from Switzerland, in which case the bags with import duties bought cheaply are the most expensive (about 180 Swiss francs) and thus - without much trouble - they could just as well have been bought in Switzerland.

Maybe not the cheapest bike bag possible, but cheap and good rarely come in the same package. The fastening mechanism is unparalleled and can be adjusted to fit almost any bike. The bags are really easy to attach and they sit very firmly. The bags can hold a surprisingly large amount of stuff. The price/quality ratio is definitely right, much better than cheaper options! The downside is the attachment point for the shoulder strap, which would probably have been better, for example, on the sides of the bag than in the rolled mouth opening. Especially when there is heavier stuff in the bag, using a shoulder strap does not inspire unreserved credit. The roll-up mouth opening is a very simple and certainly waterproof implementation, but not always the smartest way to access the contents of the bag. The bag also does not keep its shape, so you should take that into account when packing.

I carry bags between remarkably heavy loads and they can withstand it. Inside pockets help at least a little bit to keep items in order in big bags. I bought these in shopping bags. They are the right size for that. Big, but not too big, because you have to get on the bike. These appear strong and the fastening mechanism is convenient. The bag does not hit your feet and the attachment point can be moved if necessary if this happens. When the bag is full of food it is quite heavy and therefore it is good that they come off separately. I’m glad I didn’t end up with cheap solutions because carrying a heavy load of food on a bike is not a breeze.

Spacious and high-quality bags. Installation is easy, as long as the first time you place the right-sized adapter pieces on the mounting locks. The strap also makes it relatively easy to carry. These will definitely hold water in all the situations you may encounter when cycling now. The only observations that come to mind are that opening and closing the bag is a little slower than bags with a zipper or flap, and that these have no pockets for small items on the outside. However, these have not bothered much in use.

I've used Ortlieb products before as they're the best around in my opinion for bike touring. So, this latest purchase was just adding to my collection of trusted bike pannier bags.

The only improvement is the lower bracket of the bag; despite several adjustments I tried, the hook hook bounces off from behind the Taraka tube as I drive faster over the braces. After this, the bag can sadly swing sideways, which disturbs especially in bends and bumpy / bumpy sections. Of course, the upper actual load-bearing brackets keep the bag with you. If the bottom bracket were stiffer or otherwise more functional, then the bag would be perfect for my commuting and touring cycling use. Seems very high quality, fits 8-16mm luggage racks, easy to adjust the attachment, really easy to attach and detach and carry 9kg per bag. At first, I was a little confused that the bag is open at the top. Apparently it's meant to be rolled up, hence the name "roller". Now that I consider the situation in more detail, that roller mechanism is just as good as the height of the bag can be adjusted. You can buy baguettes and leave the top open, leaving the baguette in the bag - in which case the bag is not waterproof. You can also roll the bag watertight in the rain. The only cons: (1) if you have two wheels with different thicknesses of tubes, do not bother to detach and attach the adapter pieces so it makes sense to buy two sets of bags; (2) There is a white reflector on the front and back of the bag. Generally, the rear reflectors should be red. On the other hand, if there was a different colored reflector on the back, the bag would no longer be symmetrical so the left bag would only fit on the left and the right on the right. However, this white rear retro-reflector is probably not illegal, because no matter how much reflective material may be in the bicycle, according to Trafi's order, as long as it does not impair the effectiveness of the mandatory retro-reflectors.
