Became used to shotgun outdoors for about a good 3 hours at a time and were really comfortable at the head. The sound quality didn’t fare the sort, but I thought it was good enough. I think they are more comfortable in the head with such a big head than, for example, Sordinit, they still went well with their beanies. The sound level was adjusted well, in windy weather I could hear the speech of others clearly from further afield (approx. 10-15m), I didn't notice any extra noise while moving, of course the small electronic side sounds increased, which didn't bother me. The batteries were easy to put on, it took a while to think about putting back the replaceable shells, but once you learned it, it was easy to continue. I can’t say about durability after such a short use. In short, good value for money and comfortable away. Doesn't offer the best sound quality but I think the best sound quality in this price range is why 5 stars.

Really good hearing ear protectors for hunting! You can usually hear the direction of the sound of the bouncing animal well enough and it's nice to have these on all day. Perfect also on the track and in wheelbarrow jobs!

Good protectors and reliable for over a hundred days on the yacht

It works fine. Feels cheap in comparison to the Sordins, though. It creaks and is hard to un/collapse. And it has a J22 connector and doesn't come with an adapter, so you'll anyway spend more money on buying that. Might as well pay the small premium for the Sordins at that point.

No complaints, as long as you manage to open the battery door first. The protectors react well and e.g. firing a rifle still sounds like firing a rifle, but doesn't rupture eardrums. Since these are my first active hearing protectors, I'm not giving five stars because there's no reference point. However, I recommend Sporttacks.

Very good ones

I am using these Peltors in shooting range mostly and they are really comfortable (they do not interfere with my sighting and shooting). Also not pushing too hard on the ears or head. I can wear them all day long in the range with no discomfort. They work as well or better than any passive ear defenders I have used before. Also fit under tactical helmet I have.

I think the quality of these Peltor headphones has deteriorated. I have a third going when the microphone is broken. Another problem is the lack of tightness of the protective covers. In humid and rainy weather, the hearing protection microphones stopped working due to moisture. This product has been a big disappointment. The price-performance ratio is not at the right level.

Great protectors and fit well under the SA helmet. These heads often forget to even wear hearing protection, as speech and other sounds are heard really well and muffled shots just right. Top product!

Quite comfortable active hearing protection. With this experience, it feels like the direction of the sound can be perceived well. Adjusting the volume gives the user "superhearing". The sound of the shot is muted really pleasantly. Goes to a small space. Good affordable choice.

The hearing protectors work absolutely brilliantly. Attenuate the sound of the shot really well but, for example, the speech sound gets through reasonably well. And the order was delivered incredibly fast. The next morning (?) Was at Matkahuolto's parcel machine.

Amazing hearing protection!! I've been using it for indoor shooting and it's a real upgrade over non electronic protection... being able to have normal conversation with people around without suffering from the gun's blasts! First a little surprising as the "bangs" are more audible than with no electronic on, but fine once used to it and still not hear painful! Also very comfortable to wear, even for hours! Fast shipping, but I would have preferred them to be shipped in a hard package instead of a paper shipping bag which had no shock absorption (not so good for electronics). Last thing, the description says they are black, but it's not correct, they are dark green in fact!

A more robust version of the collection might work better with a big pistol. But this is also good, because I almost always use double protection anyway. The mics bring the sound well into the handset and the volume of amplification is enough to bring the sound through the double protection (plugs) as well.

Well-functioning hearing protection for shooting. Block sounds quite effectively. There should be a little more room for maneuver in the headband. At its shortest, the nipple nape sits firmly on its head.

I was positively surprised at how well these are heard: the environment can be fully perceived and when these are used with a radio, one hears the speech of others better than with a headset. The only downside to these is that they use AAA batteries instead of an internal battery. I would be happy to fully charge all the electrical equipment before going out into the woods, now I need to have spare batteries in my pocket in case I run out. As such, the life of the batteries is quite good, but you shouldn't bother to change them unnecessarily before they run out, on the other hand you don't want to hear what's going on in the middle of the yacht and have to adjust with hearing protection.

Work well in shooting, airsoft and renovations. Comfortable to keep away for long periods of time at least without a helmet. You can become cramped with your helmet, as the collar is thick. Naturally, direction detection doesn’t work as well as it does without handsets, but even distant and quiet sounds become clearer. If you buy a Peltor audio cable as a friend, you can also use the protectors as headphones. A couple of limitations though: sounds are only heard when the protectors are turned on and when using a stereo cable only the correct audio channel is played, from both headphones. The bass is non-existent, so enjoying music isn’t weird. However, the playback volume does not depend on the sound level of the hearing protection microphones, but on the transmitting device. So you can turn off the shield microphones and hear better reproducible sound.

I finally bought these active hearing protectors for myself. Incredible tricks. On the puck track, you hear the pounding of the puck as it drops onto a hard surface. However, shooting noises are filtered out very effectively. In the Capricorn Passport, the spring honeymoon of the birds sounded intoxicating to the ears. This could also be recommended for people whose spouse is nagging: the volume only goes down when the thing goes over the dandruff. And if your neighbors are interested, you can adjust the volumes to ten.
