Solid unit, super lightweight!!! descent pick, but not bomber. Definitely recommend for the purpose of riding in steep country. Hammer is descent (lightweight) and adze is mirco, but functional.

super light and easy to carry without worrying about the weight. While tempted to call it a just-in-case tool, it actually is a primary tool for not-too-technical ski couloir ascents. I got the hammer version since I figured I could use the hammer for more things than an adz, which I can substitute the pick for in a pinch and we're not cutting steps these days with the light crampons.
