I’ve always wanted to think that it’s not bad shotgun cartridges, but bad shooters. Here, however, is a bad cartridge. Last fall, these were recommended for poultry hunting. There were no shooting situations then, thankfully. Now I thought let my nails show up with the pigeons. The first situation: the pigeon had time to land on the ground at a distance of about 30m. Shot hit, pigeon in flight. On it, another hit and a dove flies to the horizon. A few feathers came off both hits. Situation two: a pigeon flying towards, a distance of about 35m. The shot hit the feathers. Place shots did not have time to shoot, the dove continued its journey to the horizon. Situation three: a crow flying towards it, a hit shot, a clear marking from a bird. Place a shot of a bird in a field but escapes along the ground. The charge and two new shots in a row with both shots slowed down but the journey continued. I ran to catch the bird. Weapon Baikal IJ27 with Carlson half and full narrow reducer. At least I know what cartridge I don't carry with me in the autumn tea yacht ...
