The fit was good and the price was better than in the U.S. These are also hard to find in the U.S.

Very nice, durable, comfortable and soft boots. Not hard to break in at all. A lot of space in the front. Heel section a bit narrow though. But that depends on the foot. Can recommend them. I use them for skitouring only.

I wear a womens size 7 or 7.5 depending on sick thickness and went with a 39. My toes hit the end if the 38. Extremely comfortable and easy to move around in. I can fit super thick socks and they are so easy to lace up tight! Varuste must have fixed their shipping issues because I got my package in about a week from when I placed my order. So surprised and happy! Thank you.

Those have been ordered for my wife. Many buyers struggle often on how accurate the sizing charts are. So did we. Funny thing that different years sizing tables for the same boot model differ, and some users experience differ from the others. You will find in some reviews to go size down with these boots. But not in case of the year 2021 model. So my wife wears 38 (EU) size shoes in daily life. When it comes for various kinds of sports, including in winter she need to go half size or one size bigger (EU sizing). For instance alpine skiing boots 38,5 is ok for her. So we have chosen 39 size of Alfa Guard Advance GTX Womens boots for her. Her feet is on the narrow size, so these boots fit her perfectly, but there is noticeable narrowing of the shoe at the toes area. So probably women with wider feet better go for the same size (one size bigger than regular shoes), but to chose the men boot of the same model. Summarizing: she would not have squeezed her leg into size of 38 for sure. Boot flex is on the harder side, so she got her ankles rubbed extremely during her first ride with BC skis. One should always remember to wear two socks instead of one for these kind of boots. The boots are relatively light (in comparison with some other heavy duty BC boots). Ankle support is ok. The whole design, elements is of very high quality.

After driving in, nice and good looking ski boots. At -10 degrees colder, I haven’t gotten to test yet, but at least until then, my toes stayed warm while moving. I haven't tested the water resistance yet, but at least the structure of the mono seems promising, when the flap also attaches to the mono from its sides, ie there are no gaps.
