Good for those of us that use unpadded carriers. Will also fill out plate bags if you for example are using Large Swimmer/Shooters in a Large SAPI plate bag.

Honestly not my proudest FirstSpear purchase. It feels like the cardboard you package eggs in.

One of the best products i’ve bought i a long while, i use it primarly on my crossfit weightvest sense i made the mistake of getting flat-metallplates - this solution i the best , it gives airflow and very good comfort. Many thanks - Nicklas , Sweden
