Fjellpulken X-Country (formerly known as Veteran) is the classic all-round model: stable, light, and with large load capacity. Its good width ensures ease of movement and directional stability on both loose snow and prepared skiing tracks. The pulk has a fibreglass reinforced polyethylene hull and polyethylene runners. The roomy nylon cover has draw-string enclosures, and string and antenna attachments. The pulk may be pulled by a skier, snowmobile or a dog-team. If you use a dog-team, you should equip the pulk with brakes.

This standard pulk harness is anatomically formed, fastening comfortably around the hip to ensure good load distribution. The adjustable shoulder straps are removable. Padded nylon.

For heavy loads (more than 60 kg), Fjellpulken recommends using expedition harness (ART 711).

The parallel shafts that are used for pulling the pulk have built-in shock absorbers. This ensures a comfortable ride for both the child and the skier. A special hook fastens the harness to the shafts, which are collapsible for storage.
