A very strong recommendation for these whistles if you bought the Salomon running bra with soft cups.

A handy whistle for a drinking bottle that is better able to drink while running. The whistle was long enough and it was easy to shorten when I first heated the drink nozzle with boiling water so then it was easily removed and then with big scissors across the tube and after the hot water I nozzled back.
